what is live monogramming?

Live Monogramming is an interactive, on-site personalization experience that turns everyday merchandise into something uniquely yours. Using a traditional heat embossing technique and a manual press, our Monogram Artisans add initials, names, or custom symbols directly onto your chosen items.

 

Our portable setup allows us to bring the experience to your event and personalize merchandise while your guests watch the process happen right before their eyes. It’s a memorable way to add a personal touch while creating an engaging experience for your guests.

how fast can you monogram?

The turnaround time depends on the type of item being personalised, but our experienced Monogram Artisans can typically complete one item every 1–2 minutes.

 

That works out to approximately 35–40 items per hour per Artisan, or up to 300 items in a full event day. For larger activations, we can scale the setup by adding more Artisans and machines, allowing us to personalise even more items in less time.

what types of merchandise can you personalise?

We specialise in on-site personalisation for a variety of quality genuine leather and PU leather goods. Popular options include notebooks, luggage tags, pouches, keyrings, card holders, and more.

what is the investment for live monogramming?

Live Monogramming is a premium, hands-on personalization service, with pricing tailored to the size and requirements of your event. Our rates reflect the experience, equipment, and level of service involved in delivering professional on-site monogramming.

 

Packages can start at $1,500 + GST, which includes consultation, event coordination and setup, site bump-in, a professional embossing machine, and one Monogram Artisan.

can you emboss our company logo?

Absolutely! We can create a custom brass embossing plate featuring your company logo, allowing us to add your branding to a variety of genuine leather and PU leather products.

 

Once created, the custom plate can be yours to keep and reuse for future events, or we can securely store it for you and have it ready for your next activation.

looking for personalisation without the on-site experience?

Absolutely! If you don’t need personalisation to take place at your event, our In-Studio Monogramming Service is a great alternative. We’ll personalise your accessories at our studio, with a typical turnaround time of 1–2 business days.

 

It’s also a more cost-effective option compared to our live on-site service, while still giving you the same high-quality finish.

can you personalise merchandise we already have?

Absolutely! We’re happy to personalise client-supplied merchandise at no additional cost. Your items simply need to meet a few requirements: they should be flat, have enough clearance to fit our equipment, and be made from a material suitable for heat embossing, such as genuine leather, PU leather, or cardstock.

do you supply the accessories for monogramming?

Absolutely! We can source and supply the merchandise for your event at wholesale pricing. We focus on thoughtfully selected, premium accessories with a polished, boutique feel, so your guests receive something that feels special rather than like traditional promotional merchandise.

 

Already have a supplier or specific items in mind? No problem. You’re welcome to provide your own merchandise, and we can monogram it at no additional cost. We’ll simply ask for 1–2 samples ahead of time so we can test the material and ensure it works well with our equipment.

 

Please allow a minimum of 4–5 weeks’ lead time when we are sourcing and supplying the merchandise for your event.
