How it works

1. Tell us about your event. Date, headcount, venue, and what you'd like personalized (leather goods, notebooks, gift items; we'll help you choose if you're not sure).
2. We bring the station. Our hot stamping setup arrives ready to go: compact, professional, and built to be part of the experience, not hidden in a back room.
3. Guests get personalized, live. Each guest's item is monogrammed on the spot while they watch, usually under a minute per piece.
4. You get the moment captured. We're happy to shoot a few photos/clips of the station in action for your own event recap or socials.

Pricing & lead time

How much does live monogramming cost for a corporate event? Corporate and event packages start at $1,500, which includes the hot stamping station, our team on-site, and personalization for your guests. Final pricing depends on guest count, event length, and the items being monogrammed, so we'll always confirm an exact quote once we know the details of your event.

How far in advance should we book? We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks ahead of your event date, and earlier during busier seasons like the fall/winter holiday run, so we can lock in your date and go over item selection together. 

What can be monogrammed? Leather goods, notebooks and journals, and gift items are all popular choices, and we're happy to help you pick something that fits your event and budget.

Do you travel outside Durham Region? Yes, we regularly serve events across the GTA. Travel may affect final pricing depending on distance.
